Air Synergy Heating performed our annual service quickly and efficiently. They keep our home system running like when it was first installed! Our technician kept me informed on all he did, including changing the register (he disposed of the old filter). Checking the units after he left, nothing was disturbed or out of place. Switching over from ac to heat was seamless. We wanted our service to be scheduled close to the seasonal transition. They accommodate our requests.

Alberto who owns Air Synergy had installed new HVAC systems in our home that included a zoned system so that we could heat/cool specific areas of our home. We had been impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail while screening bids. Later we had a problem with the zoned system. With any work there can be some lingering issues BUT what is important is that the business stands behind their work. Alberto responded and installed an updated thermostat as well as doing related work. As usual his crew was excellent. And it was all done under warranty and our HVAC system is working great.

The working crew was here early as we were informed. I had a bit of a concerned regarding my mother and I addressed it with Shawn in which he was very accommodating and let me know not to worry. There was no language barrier which was great. They all spoke Spanish.

I met Alberto last year about upgrading my furnace and AC, but i postponed. Not until this heat comes up, i reached out to him again and needed some help. They installed it the following week which is fast! Installed the whole day. Thank you Alexis! Shaun installed my wifi thermostat which is awesome! Shaun M came to do a one year maintenance check on our Furnace and Air Conditioner. He was friendly, professional and thorough. Alberto and his team installed our Harvest Thermal system. They were incredibly helpful in letting us know what to expect before, during, and after installation. They were clean, nimble when invariably finding surprises between the walls of our 80 year old house. The quote required a small change which they promptly and clearly updated, no surprises. The quote was detailed and accurate.
Zenia was clear in instructions during our sales process and a really good communicator, adjusting to our preference to connect over email and around our work schedule.
Ciro is the MVP! His work was mesmerizing to watch and so clean, we still highlight the piping around the water tank he so meticulously put together to any visitors in our house 🙂
